BH Cosmetics 28 Color Neutral Palette Review

Hello there my lovely readers! Okay, as I promised before I’m going to share you my review about this product that I received over a month ago. So I’ve been playing with this for a month and now I can totally share with you guys my own opinion about this palette.

I know that you’ve already read a lot of reviews about this palette many times.  But I wanted to share my own side too. *wink* So if you're interested to know my side just keep on reading.

The packaging
The Ingredients it has
This palette consist of 28 neutral colors which are useful for everyday wearing. I’m quite in-love with this palette because I’m a great fan of neutral colors and I live on neutrals. It has a wide range of browns, mauve's, a highlighter and a black . I do hope it has more taupe colors in it because I find taupe's more interesting in neutrals.

About the pigmentation of the colors, most of them are decently pigmented but again you cannot compare apples into oranges so don’t expect MAC/ SLEEK/ BEN NYE/ URBAN DECAY/ SIGMA kind of pigmentation and texture. Comparing the BH palette to those kind of eyeshadow palette, BH is a lot less pigmented and has a hard chalky texture which the part that I don’t like because I find some colors in the palette irritating in the eyes. The range of the colors has “matte” “satin” and “shimmer frost” finish.  For me, the best pigmentation in this palette are the shimmery colors while the less pigmentation are the matte colors.

The range of the colors has MATTE, SATIN and SHIMMER FROST finish

PROS:
-Inexpensive (great for those on a budget) it will just cost you a thousand peso.
            -great neutral shades
            -great palette for beginners
-has matte, shimmery and satin colors

CONS:
-not available in the Phil. (you have order it online at www.bhcosmetics.com)
-some colors feel a bit hard and chalky and less pigmented
-matte shadows has the worst pigmentation

OVER ALL RATING: 3/5

TIP: If you wanna make this palette works for you, all you have to do is use a good eyelid primer to intensify the colors to make them pop out on your lid. And play with those eyeliners or  any kind of gel liners with this. Also, use a great brush in applying these colors because behind a great eyeshadow makeup is a pretty good brush. ;)

So there you go girls. Hope this review helped you. Till next!

XoXo,
♥Anne
