So the question here is, how are you going to improve your skin? Or maybe how long can you make your skin look young? There are some tips we all should follow or maybe you can try or experiment your own “bedtime routine” I have here some several tips before going to sleep and I’m pretty sure you can maintain your healthy glowing skin with this.
So keep on reading. J
Below is the list of my own “BEDTIME ROUTINE” I’m currently doing this and as far as I’m trying it or making it a daily habit, so far I don’t have any problem on my skin especially with my face. So you could actually try this if you want.
1. First thing I do before going to bed is of course, washing my face with facial wash or any soap that you want to use. Be sure that your face is make up free before going to bed. You can use your makeup cream-remover or toners. You don’t want to have an irritated skin when you woke up and sometimes wearing makeup during bedtime can cause pimples. So definitely you don't like that to happen.
2. Moisturize! Put moisturizers from your face to toe. This works well if you take a shower before you sleep. Apply your moisturizing cream on your face, then your moisturizing lotion for your body to get smooth, soft and even skin.
3. If you have short lashes like mine, I recommend you to coat your lashes with Vaseline. This helps me grow my lashes longer. You could actually curl first your lashes before applying. Trust me, it really works! ;)
4. If you suffer from having chapped lips, apply lip balm or any moisturizing cream for your lips. This helps you to have supple lips. The balm actually soaks into your lips and prevent you to have chapped lips each night you put it. Moisturizing your lips every night before bed is the best time to moisturize them actually. Tip: you can use Vaseline or any lip balm you want to, Mine I use EOS Lip balm in Summer Fruit and Strawberry Sorbet and it works great for me.
5. Fix that hair! Brush your hair before you sleep. It keeps your hair less tangled. Or if you’re prone to acne, better to pony your hair. You don’t want to have your hair all over your face, it will just irritate your acne's by the way. Plus this will help you grow your hair longer by brushing them regularly.
6. Last but not the least, drink a lot of water. Sleep on time and hit the bed with your comfortable pillow and blanket. And now your all set.
I hope this blog helped you on how you're going to prep yourself before hitting the bed.
Goodnight! Have a beauty sleep gorgeous! J
